The building responds to a detailed functional brief of requirements relating to the manufacture of sliding doors in the main factory, the inter-relationship of offices and the inclusion of a showroom for featuring product.

 

The building comprises 4000m2 factory and 900m2 offices and showroom and is located on an 8000m2 flat prominent corner site in Mt Wellington.

Exterior materials and colours are repeated inside where appropriate. The interior features cutting edge electronic sliding glass and aluminium door technology, serving to further showcase the company product. High tech electronic lighting and information systems have been installed thoughout.
